Potatoes - 300 g

Celery root - 100 g

Processed cheese - 200 g

Cream - 200 ml

Water - 1 l.

Curry - 0.5 tsp.

Dry basil - 0.5 tsp.

Salt - to taste

Ground red and black pepper - a pinch

Fresh parsley - 0.5 bunch

1. Drain the water, but do not pour it out, and use a masher to mash the vegetables into a puree.

2. Add curry, dry basil, ground black and red pepper, pour in cream.

3. Return the water to the pan, add the processed cheese and put it back on the fire. Stir until the cheese dissolves, taste and then add salt. Cheeses can be salty, so add salt after adding the cheeses.

4. For a more homogeneous mass, puree the soup with an immersion blender.

5. Add chopped parsley and stir, but I beat it a little more with a blender until smooth.

6. Pour the creamy cheese soup into a plate, sprinkle a little with herbs and place a handful of black bread croutons.
