Tomato and onion salad for the winter

Now I am actively engaged in preparations, since a lot of my vegetables are ripe and need to be processed.
I offer you a very tasty winter salad of tomatoes and onions. For this salad, you should take dense tomatoes so that over time they do not turn into mush. In winter, this salad will be a good addition to any side dish.
Ингредиенты
For 1 jar volume (1 liter):
Tomatoes - 600 g
Onion - 1 piece
Bay leaf - 1 piece
Allspice - 2 pcs
Black peppercorns - 5 pcs.
Refined sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.
Parsley - 0.5 bunch
Garlic - 5 cloves
Marinade for 1 liter of water:
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Salt - 1 tbsp.
Vinegar (9%) - 1 tbsp.
Рецепт
1. Cut the onion into half rings, chop the parsley.
2. Sterilize the jars in any way convenient for you. I sterilize over steam for 10 minutes. Lay out the tomatoes in layers, alternating with onions and herbs. Fill the jars to the top and add the chopped garlic slices.
3. Dissolve sugar and salt in water, bring to a boil and pour in vinegar. Pour jars of salad with this marinade, pour one tablespoon of sunflower oil into each jar on top.
4. Place the jars in a large saucepan; be sure to place a small towel on the bottom. Pour hot water so that it reaches the shoulders. The lids should also be boiled and cover the jars with them. Sterilize for 10 minutes from the moment the water boils.
5. Remove the sterilized jars of salad from the water and tighten the screw caps tightly. You can also use jars with regular lids and close them with a seaming key. Turn the jars over until they cool completely.
