The tomatoes are very tasty and will go well with any dish. You can treat your friends and relatives to a jar of these tomatoes, and at any celebration these tomatoes will decorate your table. The calculation of products is given for 2 cans with a volume of 1 liter.
To prepare pickled cherry tomatoes for the winter, you need to prepare all the necessary products according to the list. Wash the cherry tomatoes well.

Cherry tomatoes - 1100 g
Sugar - 4 tbsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Vinegar 9% - 3 tbsp.
Bay leaf - 4 pcs.
Peppercorns - 6 pcs.
Parsley - 4 sprigs
Garlic - 6 cloves

1. Wash the jars well with soda and sterilize them to be safe. Place parsley sprigs and garlic cloves at the bottom of the jars.
2. Fill the jars with cherry tomatoes to the very top, do not fill them too much so that the tomatoes do not burst. Boil water in a saucepan and pour over the tomatoes for 30 minutes, cover with sterile lids. After this time, drain the water from both jars into a saucepan, add sugar, salt, bay leaf and peppercorns. Boil the marinade for 3 minutes, then pour in the vinegar.
3. Pour the marinade into the jars of tomatoes one by one, roll them up with a key, immediately turn them upside down and wrap them in a warm blanket for self-sterilization. Leave until the jars cool completely.
