Squid fried with garlic and hot pepper is an excellent snack for beer.

Today I want to offer the easiest and fastest way to cook squid. The dish comes out with a “sparkle” because we will use hot pepper. This dish is often served in Vietnamese restaurants, of course, without adding tarragon to it. This is my “gag” because I really love the taste of this seasoning in seafood.
To prepare squid fried with garlic and hot pepper, prepare the ingredients according to the list.

Hot pepper - to taste

3. Cut the garlic into slices and fry over high heat for literally half a minute. The garlic should not burn.
4. Immediately lay out the squid and fry... I won’t say how long. My squids were freshly caught, tender babies. I know that there are individuals of “advanced age” who are tough. I fried it over high heat for literally one minute, but you can navigate the place. In any case, squid cooks very quickly: in a matter of minutes.
5. Squids fried with garlic and hot pepper are ready. Serve immediately, otherwise if the squids cool completely, they won’t be as tasty. Have a pleasant gastronomic experience!
