Kyata is a popular confectionery product of Armenian cuisine, similar to sweet buns or pies, and maybe cookies.
The main feature of kyata is that its shell and filling consist of almost the same ingredients. Preparing Armenian kyata is not at all difficult. At the same time, traditionally it should be cut with a figured knife, then beautiful cloves will appear on both sides, but I don’t have such a device, so my kyata is even.
