6. Drain the berries in a colander.

7. After half an hour, remove the dough from the refrigerator. Divide it into several equal parts. Roll out thinly. Cut the rolled out dough into equal strips of medium width.

8. Place drained cherries on each strip. Leave a little dough without filling - you can use it to decorate the cake later.

9. Form a tube from each strip. Seal the edges.

10. Place the tubes on a greased baking sheet - leave the “seam” on top.

11. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the remaining dough without filling in the same way.

12. Pre-strained 10 tbsp through cheesecloth. mix sour cream with powdered sugar and lemon juice.

13. Add 150 g of butter to sour cream. Mix everything.

14. Fill the chilled tubes with cherries with sour cream.

15. Lay out the tubes in such a way as to form a pyramid. Sprinkle the top of the cake with crumbs obtained from the crushed dough that was left without filling.

16. The “Cherry in the Hut” cake is almost finished. Place it in the refrigerator overnight. Dessert will be ready by morning!
