Curd cookies with rice flour are a great way to recycle cottage cheese and egg yolks left in the refrigerator. Curd cookies, like any other, do not require any effort; you can prepare them with small children, instructing them to cut out figures from the dough. The baked goods are quite soft and moderately sweet. To prepare cookies, prepare the ingredients according to the list.
Ингредиенты
Dough:
Butter - 150 g
Sugar - 150 g
Egg yolk - 1 pc.
Salt - a pinch
Soda - 0.5 tsp.
Soft cottage cheese - 250 g
Wheat flour - 200 g
Rice flour - 100 g
Additionally:
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Almond petals - 2 tbsp.

1. Melt the butter, add sugar and salt. Mix. Then add the yolk and mix again.
2. Add both types of flour and soda. Mix. The dough will be quite loose.
3. Add cottage cheese to the dough.
4. Knead the dough into a soft and pliable dough.
5. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll each one into a layer 5-7 mm thick. Cut out cookies of any shape. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Brush with egg and sprinkle with almond petals. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Use your oven as a guide!
6. Curd cookies with rice flour are ready. Place it on a wire rack and cool completely. Enjoy your tea!
