I bring to your attention fragrant honey cookies.
These cookies are perfect for tea, coffee or milk. It's also great for Christmas gifts. The cookies turn out very soft. The main thing is not to overcook it in the oven.
To prepare ginger-honey cookies, we need the following products: flour, honey, dry ginger and nutmeg, semolina, soda, egg, soft butter and sugar.

Honey - 5 tbsp.
Semolina - 2 tbsp.
Wheat flour - 300-320 grams
Nutmeg - 0.3 tsp.
Ginger - 0.5 tsp.
Soda - 1 tsp.
Egg - 1 pc.
Butter - 80 grams
Sugar - 70 grams
Salt - 2 pinches

1. Combine soft butter, honey and sugar in a bowl.
2. Add dry ginger and nutmeg, add semolina. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes.
3. Then add the egg to the mixture, and sprinkle with salt and soda.
4. Gradually adding flour, you need to knead a fairly soft dough that should not stick. The original recipe called for 260 grams of flour, but I needed 320 grams.
5. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet to a thickness of approximately 5 mm. Then cut out the shapes using any mold.
6. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and place cookies on it at a short distance from each other.
7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until browned.
8. Cooled honey cookies can be served with milk or tea.
