Light, refreshing sour cream sauce with garlic and fresh herbs is a universal addition to meat, vegetable and fish dishes.
Sour cream and garlic sauce is aromatic, light and spicy, versatile in use, it can be prepared and served in 5 minutes. Prepared on the basis of sour cream, with the addition of garlic and fresh dill, the sauce is piquant and pleasantly refreshing in taste and serves as an excellent addition to meat and fish dishes, fresh and baked vegetables. To prepare you will need these ingredients.

Sour cream - 250 g
Dill – 30-40 g
Garlic – 3-4 cloves (to taste)
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Hard/processed cheese – 1 tbsp.
Рецепт
1. Chop the garlic cloves and dill.
2. Mix dill with garlic, sprinkle with 1-2 pinches of salt and rub with the flat side of a knife until the mixture releases juice and begins to exude aroma.
3. Add the resulting mixture to sour cream. If desired, also add 1 tbsp. processed or grated hard cheese.
4. Mix everything thoroughly. Taste the sauce and add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
5. Sour cream and garlic sauce is ready. You can serve it immediately or store it in the refrigerator for 1-2 days, using it as needed.
