Snack “Christmas trees” on crackers

It’s hard to imagine a New Year’s table without red caviar in our area: stuffed eggs, sandwiches with this product, etc.

I present to you an original appetizer on crackers with red caviar and spinach mousse in the shape of Christmas trees - it will be the first to fly off the plates. I also like this snack option because it only takes 20-25 minutes to prepare, so it is best to create it in the last minutes - the cracker base will not have time to soak and will remain crispy.

Of course, instead of crackers you can use bread, tartlets, shortbread baskets, etc. - experiment according to the flight of your imagination. Use cream cheese instead of cottage cheese, sour cream instead of mayonnaise, dill instead of spinach, etc.
