Salad “Olivier” in a royal way is such an absolutely luxurious version of the Soviet Olivier, in which, along with the usual eggs, peas, potatoes and cucumbers, they put a lot of delicacies like tongue, smoked chicken, crayfish and capers.
Well, so that it can be seen that it’s not slaves walking around, but a real king! And so that there is no doubt about the royalty of his person, the whole thing is decorated with red caviar on top. Well, you have to show that there is money and, in general, a holiday!
In terms of taste - excuse me, there are no fundamental differences between “Olivier” in a royal way and normal simple Olivier, in a human way, in my opinion. Well, except that only crayfish stand out. And the caviar decor, of course, looks cooler than just parsley sprigs. So if you suddenly need to show off in front of your guests and show that the house is a full bowl, then yes, then you can make the royal Olivier salad. Just don’t expect enchanting taste sensations from it. (I waited and was disappointed, which I warn those who want to follow in my footsteps.) Sorry for such an introduction.

Рецепт
1. Cook the jacket potatoes and carrots until tender (soft when pierced with a knife), drain the water and let them cool. Boil the eggs hard (12 minutes).
2. Peel potatoes, carrots and 2 eggs, cut them into small cubes.
3. Cut the cucumbers to approximately the same size as the potatoes.
4. Cut the tongue and smoked chicken into cubes. They can be larger than vegetables.
5. Drain the water from the canned peas. Season the salad with sour cream, mayonnaise, capers, finely chopped onion, salt and pepper. Mix well and let it brew a little.
6. Cut out flowers from the third egg. We add the yolk to the salad, wash the whites and put the caviar in them. “Olivier” is royally ready. Beautiful! Their Majesties may come!
