Chicken roll with dried onions

This roll looks quite decent on a festive table.
I often cook these rolls (they are quite small) because they are really tasty, natural, and filling. Good for both everyday tables and holidays: such an appetizer is quickly sold out. Lean chicken breast is soaked in bacon fat - it's very tasty and aromatic! This roll can be served either warm (perhaps even hot), but in this case it will not hold its shape, or cold (after refrigeration).
How long does this roll last? I think if you wrap it in foil and put it in the refrigerator, it will definitely last for a week. I don’t have it for more than a day or two, it’s eaten right away. To prepare chicken roll with dried onions, prepare the ingredients according to the list.

Chicken breast - 500 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp.
Dried onion - 2 tbsp.
Ground smoked paprika - 1 tbsp.
Smoked bacon - 10 strips

1. Cut the chicken breast. Cover with film or a plastic bag and beat off.
2. Lubricate the meat layer with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with dried onions.
3. Roll it up and sprinkle with paprika.
4. Wrap the roll in strips of bacon. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
5. Chicken roll with dried onions is ready. Let it cool slightly and serve warm. Better yet, let it cool completely, wrap it in foil and put it in the refrigerator overnight. In this case, the roll can be cut carefully and placed on a plate.
