Apple dessert with meringue

The products are the most ordinary and simple. In general, it’s cheap, simple and accessible, and a lot of fun. To prepare apple dessert with meringue we will need: apples, jam, sugar and eggs.
Ингредиенты
Apple - 2 pieces;
Cherry jam - 4 teaspoons;
Egg - 2 pieces;
Sugar - 0.5 cups.

1. Wash the apples and cut them into two halves.
2. Remove the seed capsule from each half.
3. Add jam to each half. Place the apples in a baking dish and put it in the oven.
4. Bake apples for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. Separate the whites of the eggs from the yolks. Beat the whites until stiff peaks form and add sugar, continuing to beat. Using a piping bag or just a spoon, spoon the whipped whites onto each apple.
6. Put the apples back in the oven and bake until the whites are browned, 7-10 minutes.
7. A simple and delicious apple dessert is ready.
