Milk - 400 ml;

Boiled water - 100 ml;

Gelatin - 12 grams;

Sugar - 70 grams;

Vanillin - 1 gram;

Coconut shavings - for serving.

1. Pour gelatin into 100 ml of cold boiled water and leave to swell for 40-50 minutes.

2. After this time, dissolve the gelatin in a water bath.

3. Heat the milk in a saucepan, add vanillin and sugar, stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour the gelatin into the milk in a stream and stir with a spoon.

4. Remove from heat, cool slightly and pour the milk mixture into bowls. When it cools to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator until completely set.
