I come to you again with an experiment. We sell fish caviar with oil in our stores, and you probably have some too. So, I used to buy this kind of caviar and just spread it on bread, it turned out to be ordinary boutiques that were tasty and quickly eaten. And so I thought that the same caviar could be used to stuff crab sticks. And to make the appetizer look brighter, I decided to place strips of bell pepper in the middle. It turned out great, and as usual, my snack was swept off the table in the first 10 minutes. I suggest you try it too.
To prepare crab sticks stuffed with fish caviar and bell pepper, prepare the necessary products from the list. I didn’t put the pepper in the photo right away because I decided to add it at the very end.
Ингредиенты
Chilled crab sticks - 10 pcs.
Fish caviar in a jar - 150 g
Processed cheese - 1 pc.
Dill - 3-4 stems
Bell pepper - 0.5 pcs.
Рецепт
1. Mash the processed cheese with a fork, add fish roe and butter from a jar.
2. Finely chop the dill and add to this mixture. To stir thoroughly. I didn't add any salt or pepper to the filling - try it as you like and balance the taste.
3. Let me remind you once again that only chilled crab sticks should be used for stuffing. Carefully unwrap each stick and coat with the resulting filling. Cut the pepper into strips and place on the edge where we will start wrapping.
4. Gently spread and roll all the sticks.
5. An appetizer of crab sticks stuffed with fish caviar and bell pepper is ready and can be served immediately.
