Zucchini and minced chicken rolls

Ингредиенты

Dough:

Zucchini - 600 g

Onion - 1 pc.

Eggs - 3 pcs.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Flour - 3 tbsp. (with a slide)

Vegetable oil for frying - 2 tbsp.

Filling:

Minced chicken without skin - 300 g

Onion - 0.5 pcs.

Garlic - 1 clove

Kefir - 100 ml

Tomato - 2 pcs.

Lettuce leaves - to taste

Sauce:

Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.

Sour cream - 2 tbsp.

Any greens - to taste

1. Prepare the ingredients for the zucchini and chicken rolls. We will prepare zucchini dough from the following products.

2. And the filling and sauce are like this.

3. Prepare the minced chicken spread. Blend or grate the onion and garlic in a blender and combine with the minced chicken. Add a little kefir so that the filling becomes liquid and can easily be spread over the pancake. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.

4. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater along with the onion. I didn’t squeeze out the liquid, but if there is a lot of it, squeeze it out lightly.

5. Add flour and eggs, salt and pepper, mix well.

6. The dough should be like thick pancakes - thick, but dripping from a spoon.

7. Heat a non-stick frying pan, grease it with oil, then pour in a ladle of batter, spread evenly over the entire surface of the frying pan and fry the zucchini pancake.

8. After a couple of minutes, carefully turn the pancake over and immediately spread the minced chicken over its surface.

9. After a minute and a half, turn over again so that the minced meat is fried. Since the layer of minced meat is very thin, the zucchini pancake will be ready in a minute.

10. Remove the resulting pancake and place it on a plate. Do this with all the dough and filling. Grease the pan periodically with oil.

11. When all the pancakes are ready, make the sauce. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream, add any chopped herbs, and salt. If you like, you can add garlic to this sauce. Mix it well.

12. Place some of the lettuce on the pancake, then the sauce and tomato slices.

13. Roll into a tight roll. Do this for all zucchini pancakes.

14. Cut the zucchini and chicken rolls into portions and serve. Enjoy!
