Both peppers and cabbage come out very tasty. Peppers in this design will perfectly complement meat dishes, poultry or porridge. For preparation, you can use small peppers or larger ones; it will be beautiful if you choose peppers of different colors.

Carrots - 150 g
Honey - 4 tsp.

2. Peel and wash the carrots, cut as desired. Cut the cabbage into large pieces.
3. Place the carrots and cabbage in the bowl of a kitchen blender with a knife attachment, then chop the vegetables until fine. You can also simply chop the vegetables finely and finely.
4. Transfer the prepared vegetables to a plate.
5. Peel the peppers from seeds and remove the partitions. Rinse the peppers, then place them in a pan of boiling water and cook the peppers for 3-4 minutes.
6. Then fill the peppers with cabbage and carrots. Halfway through filling, add 1 tsp to each pepper. honey, then fill the peppers with cabbage to the very end.
7. Stuff the peppers quite tightly.
8. Wash the jar for the preparation with soda and rinse well, sterilize with steam for 10 minutes. Boil the lid in boiling water for 10 minutes. Fill the jar with peppers.
9. Prepare the marinade: combine water, salt and sugar, peppercorns. Boil the marinade for a minute and add vinegar. Pour the hot marinade into a jar.
10. Pasteurize the workpiece for 10 minutes from the moment the water boils in the pan. Don't forget to line the bottom of the pan with a towel or cloth.
11. Carefully remove the jar from the pan, seal it tightly and place it upside down. Cover the workpiece with a blanket and leave for a day. After a while, transfer it to the pantry - the peppers stuffed with cabbage are ready for the winter.
