Homemade fast food - delicious sausages on toast bread.
Another version of sausages in dough, but in a hurry - the casing is bread slices. The most convenient and easiest way to cook is from toast bread. Wheat, rye, with bran - any of your choice and to your taste. The same applies to sausages. Smoked, milk, hunting sausages, other thin ones.
The pieces are dipped in lezon (a mixture of eggs and milk), then fried. I recommend not keeping it in the liquid for too long, otherwise the bread crumb will spread. Act quickly.
To prepare sausages on toast bread, take the ingredients from the list.

Toast bread - 5 slices
Sausages - 5 pcs.
Milk - 120 ml
Egg - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 40 ml
Salt, hot pepper - to taste

1. Tamp the bread slices with a rolling pin - press down for better plasticity. In a separate container, whisk milk, egg, spices. Instead of milk, you can use sour cream, mayonnaise, kefir, or any product suitable for leison or omelet.
2. Place the sausage on the edge of the compacted loaf of bread (“whether the butts are cut off or not, it doesn’t matter”). Roll up the bread with the filling.
3. Dip the workpiece into the omelette mixture-leison. We soak in moisture from all sides.
4. Transfer to a frying pan with hot vegetable oil (or butter), fry the sausages in toast bread until golden brown on all sides.
5. Serve delicious hot sandwiches immediately, with mustard and/or ketchup.
