I want to offer you an absolutely amazing breakfast idea for the whole family using your favorite products.
You can use absolutely any toast bread and sausages: the smaller the diameter of the sausages, the more of them will fit in the bread. Serve each portion piping hot while the cheese is hot and the scrambled egg inside is fluffy and airy. An excellent addition to this breakfast would be homemade pickles, as well as pickled cucumbers and tomatoes.

Toast bread - 4 slices
Chicken egg C1 - 3 pcs.
Sausages - 2 pcs.
Toast cheese - 4 pcs.
Butter - 40 g
Ketchup - 1 tbsp.
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.

1. Using a sharp knife, cut out the crumb around the perimeter.
2. Transfer the crumb to a cutting board and roll it out thinly with a rolling pin.
3. Cut the sausages into circles no thicker than 0.5 centimeters, beat the eggs and lightly salt them.
4. Grease a frying pan with butter, place a crust of bread on it, and put sausages inside. You need to fry everything over low heat, otherwise the bread in butter will immediately start to burn.
5. Pour in 3-4 tablespoons of beaten eggs; if the egg begins to flow out from under the workpiece, immediately press the bread into the pan with a spatula. If desired, you can cover the pan with a lid to help the egg cook faster.
6. Cover the egg and sausage bread with a slice of toasted cheese. It's okay if the egg is a little runny.
7. Drizzle a little mayonnaise and your favorite ketchup onto the cheese. Mayonnaise can be replaced with sweet mustard.
8. Cover the cheese with the rolled out center of the bread and turn it over to the other side with a spatula. If necessary, grease the pan with a little more butter.
9. If the egg starts to flow out from below, also quickly press the workpiece into the pan. Fry over low heat for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally so that the egg inside cooks evenly.
