Mini burgers are a great appetizer for a buffet table for a children's or adult party.

Many people have a moment when they want such fast food, but due to some considerations a person cannot afford to eat a full-fledged burger. And so, for such a case, mini-burgers will be just right. I ate it, enjoyed it and stopped hunting).

The buns are prepared simply and quickly, they turn out soft and tender. My filling is classic, you can experiment to suit your taste.

Buns:

Milk - 100 ml

Salt - 0.5 tsp.

Sugar - 1 tsp.

Dry yeast - 1 tsp.

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Wheat flour - 100 g

For the buns:

Milk - 1 tbsp.

Sesame - 1 tbsp.

Filling:

Minced meat (pork + beef) - 170 g

Smoked paprika - 1/3 tsp.

Burger cheese - 3 slices

Cherry tomato - 3 pcs.

Pickled cucumber - 1 pc.

Lettuce leaf - 1 g

Ketchup - 1.5 tbsp.

Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.

Mustard - 0.5 tsp.

Рецепт

1. Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm milk. Leave for 5-7 minutes.

2. Add salt to the flour and mix.

3. Pour milk with yeast into flour.

4. Add oil.

5. Knead the dough.

6. Place in a warm place to rise.

7. Divide the dough into 10 parts, roll into balls, and place on a baking sheet. Cover with a towel and leave to rest for 10 minutes.

8. Flatten the balls a little. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

9. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown, it took me 15 minutes.

10. Prepare ingredients for filling. Select the smallest leaves from a bunch of lettuce. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup together.

11. Thinly slice the cucumber and tomato. Cut the cheese slices into 4 parts.

12. Salt and pepper the minced meat and add paprika. Mix well.

13. Divide the minced meat into 10 equal parts.

14. Fry the cutlets in a frying pan.

15. Brown on both sides.

16. Place cheese on hot cutlets.

17. Cut the buns into two parts and brush both with sauce.

18. Place salad on the bottom part, then cutlet with cheese, tomato and cucumber. Cover with the top of the bun. Secure in the center with a skewer.

19. Juicy and tasty mini-burger canapés are ready.
