This is the recipe for this dietary soufflé. An ideal dish for dinner or breakfast. Supplement the serving with low-fat fermented milk products, fresh berries or fruits and the result will definitely please you! Let's prepare products for dietary soufflé from cottage cheese (CP).

Low-fat cottage cheese – 250 g
Sugar – 1 tbsp.
Egg – 2 pcs.
Semolina – 1 tbsp.
Salt - a pinch
Cinnamon - to taste

1. In a blender bowl, combine cottage cheese, yolks, semolina and cinnamon.
2. Beat with a blender until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the whites with salt. Beat with a mixer until an airy white mass forms.
4. Then add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
5. Combine the curd and protein parts.
6. Gently mix until smooth so that the whites do not fall off.
7. Place the mixture in silicone molds and place in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 to 40 minutes, depending on the oven.
8. Diet soufflé made from cottage cheese (CP) is ready! Cool and serve with fermented milk products. Bon appetit!
