If you are a fan of fish soups and you happen to have a jar of canned fish at home, you can cook a delicious soup for lunch.

While the potatoes and rice are boiling, frying is done, which is then added to the soup along with canned fish. The result is a very tasty, but budget-friendly soup that even a beginner in cooking can prepare.

Ингредиенты

Sardines in tomato sauce - 240 g

Onion - 1 pc.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.

Rice - 70 g

Bay leaf - 1 pc.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Water - 1 l

Sunflower oil - 2-3 tbsp.

Parsley - for serving

Рецепт

1. Peel the vegetables. Cut the onions and carrots into small cubes, the potatoes into slightly larger ones.

2. Boil water in a saucepan, add potatoes and washed rice. Cook for about 10 minutes.

3. At the same time, heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan, add the onion and carrots and lightly fry the carrots until soft.

4. Add the roast to the soup, salt and pepper to taste.

5. Next add canned sardines and bay leaves to the soup. Cook until the potatoes are ready.

6. Remove the finished soup with canned sardines and rice from the heat and let it brew under the lid for 5-10 minutes. Pour into bowls and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
