Fruit sorbet

A delicious summer dessert that can be prepared in special molds or in regular glasses.
Sorbets are my family’s favorite treat in the summer heat, although sometimes at other times of the year I want to treat myself to a fruity lollipop. In the summer, the abundance of products allows you to experiment with such desserts, getting new tastes. The good news is that if such a sorbet contains a really sweet product (apple, strawberry), then you can do without sugar at all.
Let's prepare all the necessary products for making fruit sorbet at home - all berries and fruits must be thoroughly washed.

Apple - 1 pc.
Orange - 1 pc.
Strawberries - 1 handful
Apricots - 5-6 pcs.
Cherries - 2 handfuls
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp.

1. You can take the apple sweet or sweet and sour - wash it. It is advisable to choose a juicier orange, but it depends on your luck.
2. Remove the sepals from the strawberries. Remove the apricot pit and place them together with the strawberries in a blender bowl.
3. Peel the orange and cut into slices. Remove the pits from the cherries. Cut the apple into small slices, removing the seed capsule. Place these products in a blender bowl as well.
4. Add granulated sugar, its amount may vary depending on the sweetness of each individual component. After all, not everyone likes sugary desserts.
5. Cover the blender with a lid and grind all products at high speed for 2-3 minutes.
6. For freezing, you can use special ice cream molds. Although regular cups (plastic) or small containers will do. Divide the fruit mixture into the molds.
7. Place special sticks in the molds and place them in the freezer. After a few hours (depending on the temperature in the chamber), the fruit sorbet will be ready.
8. To remove the sorbet from the ramekins, hold them upside down under a hot water tap. After 10-15 seconds, the dessert can be easily taken out.
9. You need to try the dessert right away, it melts quickly. Bon appetit!
