Recipe for bright and juicy chicken fillet chops marinated in soy sauce.
Chicken fillet is the most dietary chicken meat. To make the chicken fillet dish tasty and nutritious, I suggest preparing chops. You can eat them every day, changing the marinade, the taste will be different all the time.
Today I want to cook chicken chops in a marinade of soy sauce and other ingredients. The end result is very soft and tasty meat with a spicy note, it just melts in your mouth.
To prepare chicken chops in soy marinade we will need the following products.

Chicken fillet - 400 g
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Flour - 2 tbsp.
Egg - 1 pc.
Marinade:
Soy sauce - 4 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Sugar - 1 tsp.
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Chili sauce - to taste
Khmeli-suneli - a pinch
Spices - optional

1. Cut the fillet lengthwise into several slices and beat.
2. For the marinade, combine all ingredients. I add sweet chili sauce because we like it spicy, but you can skip it by substituting allspice for the chili sauce. Mix everything well until you have a homogeneous sauce.
3. Dip the fillet in the marinade, turn over several times and leave at room temperature for half an hour. You can keep the meat in the marinade longer by covering it with film and putting it in the refrigerator.
4. Prepare two bowls. Pour flour into one and whisk the egg into the other. You can add any herbs to the egg for flavor. We do not add salt.
5. Then take a piece of fillet from the marinade, first dip it in the egg, then in flour and immediately place it in a hot frying pan for frying.
6. Fry chicken chops in soy marinade on both sides until golden brown in vegetable oil. Approximately 2 minutes on each side.
