Avocado - 1 pc.

Oatmeal - 3 tbsp.

Ground cinnamon - to taste

Cocoa - 2-3 tsp. (taste)

Flax seed - 1 tbsp.

Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp.

Dark chocolate - 25-50 g (to taste)

Honey or other natural sweetener - to taste

1. Prepare the ingredients. Basic smoothie ingredients: avocado, oatmeal, a little cocoa and ground cinnamon. You can use ripe bananas instead of avocados. Milk, seeds and sweeteners can be chosen to suit your taste. If you also have some high-quality natural chocolate, add that too, the aroma will be fantastic!

2. Place the peeled, ripe avocado into the blender bowl. Add cocoa, oatmeal, ground cinnamon and other ingredients to taste. I add 1 tbsp. flax and sesame seeds.

Grind the ingredients for a few minutes.

3. Gradually, while continuing to whisk, pour milk into the blender bowl. The consistency of the drink can be adjusted to taste.

4. The finished smoothie can be served immediately or decorated by sprinkling with a pinch of nuts, grated chocolate, and adding a cap of coconut cream.
