Fresh ginger - 15 g

1. Pour granulated sugar and ground cinnamon into a small saucepan or ladle. Add cinnamon sticks, star anise and other spices. Peel a piece of fresh ginger, rinse and cut into small slices directly into the pan.

2. Rinse the tangerines in water and cut into slices. Add them to the container.

3. Pour in the orange juice and wine, place the container on the stove, turning on the minimum heat, and heat to 80°C, stirring everything carefully.

4. As soon as foam appears on the surface of the liquid, turn off the heat. Stir again. Mulled wine with ginger is completely ready!

5. Pour the drink into glasses, cups and a jug, serve hot.
