Every housewife tries, shortly before any celebrations or holidays, to find new, unusual salad recipes in order not only to feed guests nourishingly and tasty, but also to surprise them.
I suggest making a layered salad with chicken and canned pineapple. There are many variations of this salad. I offer my own version of preparation - with the addition of cheese, boiled eggs and walnuts. This salad is very easy to prepare. Shall we get started? Chicken meat (I have boiled fillet) - 100 g
Canned pineapple - 170 g
Egg - 2 pcs.
Cheese - 80 g
Walnut - 80-100 g
Mayonnaise - to taste

1. First, prepare the ingredients for the salad. Boil the chicken meat in salted water until tender, cool. Boil the eggs until ready. Dry the walnuts in the oven or in a frying pan. Place the canned pineapples in a sieve to remove excess liquid. For the salad, I took already boiled chicken fillet and cut it into small cubes.
2. Cut the eggs into small cubes.
3. I grate the cheese on a fine grater.
4. I cut the canned pineapples into small cubes.
5. Finely chop the dried walnuts with a knife.
6. All ingredients for the salad are ready. We form the salad. The first layer is chicken meat, the second is pineapples, the third is eggs, the fourth is cheese, the fifth is walnuts. On each layer, with the exception of the top one, we apply a thin mesh of mayonnaise. We put the salad in the refrigerator for a while to let it brew.
