I propose to diversify the fish menu with a simple, but satisfying and aromatic dish - salmon with potatoes, cooked in the oven.

The combination of salmon, potatoes and creamy garlic sauce is great! Cream emphasizes the taste of salmon and gives it tenderness and juiciness. You can cook salmon with potatoes in the oven either in a large form or in small portion forms.

Ингредиенты

Salmon – 500 g

Potatoes – 600 g

Cream 20-25% fat - 300 ml

Garlic – 2 cloves

Lemon juice – 1 tsp.

Grated nutmeg – 1 pinch

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.

Dill - several sprigs

Рецепт

1. Wash the salmon, remove the skin and bones, cut into large pieces.

2. Then I cut the fish into slices about 5-7 mm thick.

3. Place the salmon slices in a bowl, add salt and ground black pepper to taste, and lemon juice. I mix the ingredients and set the bowl aside.

4. I peel and wash the potatoes.

5. Cut the potatoes into slices 3-4 mm thick.

6. Place the prepared potatoes in cold salted water, bring to a boil, cook for 2-3 minutes and remove into a bowl using a slotted spoon.

7. Prepare the creamy filling. Pour the cream into a bowl, add salt and ground black pepper to taste, and a pinch of ground nutmeg.

8. I also add peeled, chopped garlic and chopped dill to the filling and mix the ingredients.

9. Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil (I use a pan measuring 28*16 cm). I lay out the fish and potatoes, alternating between each other.

10. Top the fish and potatoes with creamy filling.

11. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. I bake the dish in it until golden brown (about 35-40 minutes).
