French fried apples

The main feature of this recipe is that there is no clear mass of products here; rather, it is a technology.
It is difficult to say how much flour or sugar will be needed. I took small apples, medium in taste: not very sweet and not sour. When fried, apple slices form a small, appetizing crust, and butter combined with sugar sprinkles gives a caramel flavor. Since I was confused by the fact that the butter itself started to burn quickly, I added a little more olive oil to the pan.

Apple - 5 pcs.
Flour - 120 g
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Butter - 100 g
Lemon juice - 1-2 tbsp.
Olive oil - optional

1. French fried apples are good on their own, as a dessert, and as an addition to various sweet dishes.
2. Wash the apples, cut into 4 parts, remove the core and seeds. Cut the pulp into slices. Bread the slices in flour.
3. Fry the apple slices in a mixture of butter and olive oil until slightly browned on both sides. I fried it over medium heat.
4. Place the finished browned and soft slices on a plate, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
5. The dish is ready to serve. French fried apples can be decorated with chopped nuts, almond flakes, and fresh berries.
