I would like to offer a recipe for nan palau, it is called vermicelli pilaf.

Spider web vermicelli can be bought at any store. Nan palau is very easy and quick to prepare. This side dish can be served with cutlets, sausages, sausages or fried meat. Vermicelli is cooked in a frying pan with high sides; I cooked it in a wok pan. Nan palau is very tasty and crumbly. These noodles can be prepared for dinner or for a quick snack. The recipe is simple, I recommend it to everyone.

Noodles - 300 g

Water - 300 ml

Butter - 30 g

Salt - 1 tsp.

Рецепт

1. Add vermicelli to a dry frying pan.

2. Fry the vermicelli with constant stirring over medium heat until golden brown.

3. As soon as the vermicelli acquires a golden hue, add a piece of oil to the pan and fry the vermicelli with oil.

4. Pour in 300 ml of hot water. Add salt and stir.

5. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for 7 minutes. Do not stir the noodles.

6. Open the lid, the water should be completely absorbed into the noodles. Stir the noodles.

7. Serve vermicelli nan palau with sausages or chicken. Look how crumbly the noodles are.
