We were taught how to make apple pudding using this recipe in the kindergarten where my son went. In the fall, many residents of our village give their apple harvest to a local kindergarten and school, and they make juice from these apples. Some are pasteurized and stored for the winter, while children drink some fresh. So, it turns out that you can make a very tasty apple pudding from fresh juice. It is prepared in the same way as vanilla and chocolate puddings, only freshly squeezed apple juice is used instead of milk. Comrades, this is so yummy!!! You can, of course, make it from store-bought juice, but it’s not as flavorful as straight from the press!
The ingredients for apple pudding for kids are very simple: apples (or juice), cornstarch, cinnamon, vanilla and regular sugar to taste. Those. the amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of the apples.
If there are molds, then apple pudding is made in molds, if not, in any small bowls, you just don’t need to remove it from the bowls.

Sugar - 80 g
Starch - 80 g
Vanilla sugar - 8 g

2. Squeeze 800 ml of apple juice. Possibly remove foam.
3. Dissolve both types of sugar, cinnamon and starch in the juice.
4. Bring to a boil with continuous stirring over high heat and cook for 1-2 minutes over low heat, without stopping stirring. The mixture should become darker, glassier and thicker.
5. If you want to make children's apple pudding with apple pieces, then you need to peel it and cut it into small cubes.
6. Stir the apple pieces into the pudding mixture after it has finished cooking to keep them firm.
7. The hot mixture must be poured into pre-cooled molds. The pudding hardens at room temperature, but if you want, you can put it in the refrigerator, then the fixation will happen faster.
8. To remove the pudding from the ramekins, you first need to separate it from the sides by pressing your finger on the bottom of the pudding, and then turn it over the serving plates.
9. You can serve baby apple pudding with whipped cream caps. But, on the other hand, why increase the calorie content of an already delicious dish?
