But sometimes you want some zest in cooking scrambled eggs. I offer a simple and beautiful version of scrambled eggs - in bread. My family loves it when I prepare this dish this way for breakfast. Shall we get started?

Bread - 2 slices

Egg (small) - 2 pcs.

Vegetable oil - for frying

Salt - to taste

1. We will take the ingredients for cooking scrambled eggs in bread in a frying pan according to the list.

2. Cut bread, white or rye, into slices 1.5-2 cm thick (alternatively, you can buy bread already sliced). Using a mold, press a hole in the bread. If you don’t have any molds, you can use a knife to cut out a “frame” about 1 cm thick.

3. Heat a frying pan with a small amount of oil over moderate heat. Place pieces of bread and cut out parts. Brown on one side first.

4. Turn the pieces over.

5. And carefully beat an egg into each cut-out core, trying not to damage the yolk. Salt each egg a little.

6. Reduce heat to low and cover the pan with a lid. We wait until the protein sets.

7. Scrambled eggs in bread are ready. Place on a plate, sprinkle with pepper and serve immediately.
