Cream 33% - 80 g

Mascarpone cheese - 40 g

1. Divide the puff pastry without yeast into three fragments of 45 grams each.

Roll out, sprinkled with powdered sugar, into rectangles. We trim the uneven edges.

2. Place on a baking sheet lightly greased with oil. We pierce the surface of each rectangle with a fork in several places so that the dough does not swell too much. Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.

3. While the dough is cooling, prepare the cream. To do this, you just need to whip the cream with one tablespoon of powdered sugar, and at the end add the mascarpone cheese and beat thoroughly with a blender whisk so that there are no lumps from the cheese.

3. Next, we assemble the mille-feuille. Using a pastry syringe or cornet, pipe a little cream onto the bottom of the plate and place the first rectangle of dough on it. Next, we again place our cream along the edges of the cake, add various berries and fruits, cover again with the next cake, and repeat the operation.
