"Lightning" pizza made from yeast-free dough

I would never have believed that pizza could be made so quickly if I hadn’t come across this recipe.
Everything is very simple and easy! The dough without yeast turns out thin, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, incredibly tasty! You can add your favorite filling.

For the test:
Flour - 400 g + for sprinkling the baking sheet
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon (heaped)
Water - 200 ml
Vegetable oil - 5 teaspoons + for greasing the baking sheet
For filling:
Sausage
Hard cheese
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons
Onions - 1 pc.
Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Oregano - 0.5 teaspoon

1. Prepare ingredients for pizza. Before we start cooking, turn on the oven and let it preheat.
2. Prepare quick pizza dough. To do this, mix flour with salt and baking powder. Add oil and water.
3. Knead for 5-7 minutes, the dough turns out soft and slightly sticks to your hands. Immediately divide into two equal parts - you get two pizzas.
4. Place on a greased and floured baking sheet (I have the bottom of a springform pan with a diameter of 24 cm), level and form small sides.
5. Prepare the pizza filling. To do this, cut the onion into rings and the sweet pepper into thin strips. We cut the sausage into slices, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
6. Grease the dough with thick tomato sauce (ours is homemade), sprinkle with a pinch of oregano and lay out the filling. Sprinkle cheese on top.
7. A quick pizza is baked from yeast-free dough in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 230 degrees. Keep an eye on the pizza, everyone's oven is different. I really liked the recipe and will make it again. And don’t delay, try for your health!
