I really love this salad, but it can also be served as an appetizer - in tartlets.

This salad looks very nice, it’s easy to take with your hands, and it can be a great find for buffets and picnics. This snack is ideal for long parties such as New Year's celebrations, especially with strong alcoholic drinks, when the food should be filling and high-calorie.

Korean carrots - 50 g

Egg - 2 pcs.

Champignons - 200 g

Onions - 0.5 pcs.

Pickled cucumber - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp.

1. Main ingredients for preparing mushroom salad with Korean carrots in tartlets. Immediately put the eggs to boil, 10 minutes will be enough. Cool them in cold water and peel them.

2. We will also need shortbread tartlets, they do not get soggy for a long time and remain crispy, they are ideal for this snack. Depending on the size, you may need 12-15 of them for this amount of salad.

3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry finely chopped onions in it, add mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, then remove the pan from the stove and cool the contents.

4. Grate the processed cheese and eggs, be sure to finely chop the Korean carrots, so it will be more convenient to eat them as an appetizer, also cut the pickled cucumber into small cubes, put everything in a deep bowl.

5. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste to the salad. Mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly, leave the salad for a while so that all the flavors mix.
