Homemade chicken sausages.

What could be tastier than homemade sausages... Certainly not a single purchased sausage, no matter how expensive and high quality it may be, can compare with homemade one, because you know exactly what is included in its composition and in what conditions you made it cooked.

I often cook homemade sausage, my family loves it, I make it for sandwiches or fry it on the grill, and just fried in a frying pan they are delicious, juicy and tasty. In this recipe I use chicken, but you can use beef, pork, lamb or other types of meat.

Chicken thigh fillet - 1 kg

Onions - 1 pc.

Rice vinegar - 70 ml

Spices for meat - to taste

Pepper - 1 tsp.

Garlic - 4 cloves

Smoked sweet paprika - 1 tbsp.

Salt - to taste

Natural casing (casing) - 1 meter

Рецепт

1. Cut the chicken meat into medium pieces and run through a meat grinder with a coarse grinding attachment.

2. Finely chop the onion, add meat spices, salt, pepper, rice vinegar and mix.

3. Place the marinated onion into the minced meat.

4. Add smoked paprika. By the way, smoked paprika is sold dried in any supermarket, but in mine it is sold in the form of sauce.

5. Mix thoroughly with your hands.

6. Wash the natural casing and place it on a special attachment.

7. Stuff the intestine with minced meat, make several punctures with a needle so that no voids are formed and the sausages do not burst during frying.

8. From the sausage we will make several sausages of the required size, tie them with thread or simply twist them as shown in the photo. Place in a container, cover with a lid and place in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours to set.
