Chicken fillet with sweet pepper in soy sauce

Chicken breast fillet with sweet peppers cooked in soy sauce is an incredibly aromatic and tasty dish that lovers of Asian cuisine will enjoy.
Boiled rice or udon noodles are perfect as a side dish for chicken fillet.
Ингредиенты
Chicken breast fillet - 500 g
Large red sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Refined vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Sesame - 1 tsp.
A pinch of ground red hot pepper.
For the sauce:
Soy sauce - 8 tbsp.
Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp.
Water - 2 tbsp.
Sugar - 1 tbsp. without top;
Starch - 1 tsp. without top.

1. Wash and dry the chicken fillet. Cut into small pieces.
2. Heat 2 tbsp in a frying pan. vegetable oil. Fry the chicken fillet over low heat for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Wash the pepper, remove the stem and seeds and cut into strips. Peel and chop the garlic.
4. In a separate frying pan, heat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and fry the pepper and garlic over low heat for about 5-7 minutes.
5. For the sauce, combine soy sauce, water, balsamic vinegar, sugar and starch in a bowl. Stir.
6. Combine chicken fillet with sweet pepper. Pour in the sauce, add a pinch of ground red hot pepper, stir and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Make sure that the dish does not burn.
7. Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
