Fried ciabatta with herbs, figs and cheese

To diversify your daily menu, just serve this fried ciabatta instead of bread with your main course.
Ciabatta is an Italian wheat bread baked using sourdough, yeast and olive oil. The peculiarity of this bread is its crispy crust and pulp with large, unevenly distributed porosity.
Ингредиенты
Ciabatta (cut horizontally in half) - 1 pc.
Olive oil for greasing ciabatta
Figs (cut into halves) - 5-6 pcs.
Arugula (arugula) - 1 cup
Fetta cheese (crumbed) to taste
Balsamic vinegar for serving
Рецепт
1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly brush the ciabatta with olive oil and place on the preheated grill. Fry until deep golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
2. Break the ciabatta into pieces and place on a large plate. Place fig quarters, arugula (arugula) leaves and crumbled fetta cheese on the ciabatta pieces.
When serving, drizzle everything with balsamic vinegar.
