Frozen strawberry dessert

Strawberry dessert turns out like an airy cloud, fragrant, tender, just melts in your mouth!
It's a cross between marshmallow and soufflé, with a rich strawberry flavor. The perfect recipe to clear your freezer of berries. For this dessert you can use any berries and fruits, frozen or fresh. It's easy and simple to prepare, but it turns out very tasty!

Frozen or fresh strawberries - 500 g
Sugar - 200 g
Instant gelatin - 30 g
Water - 150 ml
Vegetable oil - for greasing the mold

1. Prepare gelatin according to the instructions on the package. I use instant gelatin. Pour gelatin with cold water, stir and leave for 10 minutes to swell.
2. In a saucepan, combine strawberry puree with sugar. If you have whole strawberries, puree the berries with a blender. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil, but do not boil. As soon as bubbles begin to appear on the surface, remove from heat.
3. Add swollen gelatin to the hot berry mass. Mix well until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
4. Strain the strawberry mass through a sieve into a mixing bowl until the mass is soft and airy.
5. Beat with a mixer, gradually increasing the speed (10 minutes). The mass will gradually begin to lighten and greatly increase in volume.
6. Prepare the form. The bottom and sides of the mold (the size of my mold is 20x28 cm) must be covered with film and greased with odorless vegetable oil (or use portioned molds). Pour the mixture into the mold, level it, and cover the top with film in contact.
Place in the refrigerator until completely set, about 2-3 hours.
7. Place the strawberry dessert on a cutting board, remove the film and cut it into pieces.
Strawberry dessert is ready. Enjoy!
