Milk coffee jelly is a very beautiful and original dessert for coffee lovers.

Milk - 500 ml
Instant coffee - 4 teaspoons
Sugar - 150 g
Gelatin - 30 g

1. Pour 200 ml of cold boiled water over gelatin and leave to swell.
2. Make coffee. Pour 500 ml of water into instant coffee, add 80 g of sugar.
3. Add half of the gelatin to the hot coffee and stir until completely dissolved.
4. Boil milk, add 70 g of sugar and remove from heat.
5. Add the remaining gelatin to the hot milk and stir until completely dissolved.
6. Pour coffee with gelatin in a layer of about 1-2 cm into glasses or bowls. Place in the refrigerator until completely hardened. My coffee layer froze in about 40 minutes.
7. Pour milk and gelatin into a layer of 1-2 cm onto the frozen coffee layer and put it back in the refrigerator to harden.
8. Fill the glasses to the top in this way, allowing each layer to harden. Milk coffee jelly is ready! Bon appetit!
