Meat in French is a dish for both holidays and every day.
There are as many variations of this recipe as there are soup recipes. And from chicken, and from pork, and with potatoes, and with mushrooms - yes, there is a version of French meat for every taste.
Today I have French meat with pineapples. The combination is great! I cook meat in this version for the holidays, and on weekdays - more and more with potatoes instead of pineapple. Honestly, it’s both delicious, but with pineapple you get a specially original taste. Try this option too.

Pork loin or pulp - 600 g
Canned pineapple rings - 8 pcs.
Mayonnaise - 8 tbsp.
Onions - 3 pcs.
Hard cheese - 200 g
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste

1. So, prepare pork, canned pineapple rings, mayonnaise, salt, ground pepper, onions, hard cheese. Cut the pork into portions. Dry the pineapple rings from the syrup.
2. Onions, lots of onions, cut into rings or half rings. Beat each piece of meat, not forgetting to add salt and pepper.
3. Place the onion in the mold (or molds), place pieces of meat on the onion, grease each of them with mayonnaise.
4. Place pineapple rings on the meat, grease them too with mayonnaise, a little at a time.
5. Now fill the meat, each piece with a pineapple ring, with hard cheese (coarse grater).
6. In the oven at 180 degrees (it should already be warmed up), bake the meat in French for about 40 minutes. Do not cover the dish with meat with a lid or foil.
7. The French-style meat is ready - serve. Enjoy your meal!
