Marbled beef is a delicacy that is usually prepared in the form of a traditional steak with minimal cooking time.
But this type of meat can also be prepared in the form of a tasty and beloved chop. To make the chop juicy, beat it briefly and only on one side, also try not to fry this meat for a long time so that the degree of frying remains medium or medium rare.

Marbled beef steak - 1 pc.
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Flour - 2 tbsp.
Salt and pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 0.5 tsp.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients for marbled beef chops. Remove the steak from the refrigerator and leave to warm at room temperature for at least an hour.
2. It is advisable to cut off large pieces of fat; they are still impossible to eat after cooking.
3. Lightly beat the meat with the large teeth of a kitchen hammer, literally a couple of blows, since it is soft in itself. Lightly sprinkle the meat with sea salt and add pepper if desired.
4. Bread the chop in flour and roll thoroughly in the beaten egg.
5. Lightly grease the frying pan with lean refined oil, fry on both sides for 1-1.5 minutes, so the chop inside will be medium or medium rare. If you like well-done meat, then cook over low heat for 3 minutes on each side.
6. The marbled beef chop is ready. Very simple, fast and tasty.
