This salad is one of my family's favorites. Favorite by my son and husband because it’s delicious, and by me because it’s quick and easy to prepare.

Spring is coming and this salad will delight you with its freshness. I like to season it with sunflower oil, but you can also season it with mayonnaise, which will add calories and fat content, or you can use sour cream and yogurt.

Let's prepare the products. Boil the eggs and cool in ice water. My eggs were already boiled.

Ингредиенты

Cucumbers - 3 pcs;

Radish - 200 grams;

Boiled chicken eggs - 2-3 pcs;

Green onions - 0.5 bunch;

Dill - 1 bunch;

Salt, sunflower oil - to taste.

Рецепт

1. Cut the cucumbers and radishes into strips.

2. Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl. Peel the egg and cut it into strips. I use an egg slicer. Add chopped eggs to vegetables.

3. Chop the onion and dill into small pieces. Combine greens with vegetables and eggs. Salt to taste.

4. Add sunflower oil. Mix. Salad ready. Let's let it brew.
