A versatile chicken breast dish. It can be served hot for lunch or dinner, or cold for breakfast.
Chicken breast in a slow cooker in foil is easy to prepare. It is enough to rub it with spices, add a little salt, wrap it in foil or baking paper and set the “baking” or “roasting” mode. Baked breast is especially tasty when eaten cold as part of salads or sandwiches. I liked the following combinations as spices: curry mixture, Provençal herbs, garlic or ready-made mixtures for chicken.

1. I think it’s better to trim excess fat from the chicken breast, but this is optional.
