I have been planning to bake this cake for a long time, it gets a lot of praise, so I wanted to try it and see how good it is.
It is very easy to prepare, the dough is even simpler than biscuit dough, there is no need to beat anything, worry about how it will rise during baking, just mix everything! In general, such a cake can be baked by any housewife who has never baked anything before.
The finished cakes have such a pronounced milky aroma, delicate texture, and buttercream with the addition of any pieces of fruit or berries will add lightness and bring great pleasure. I highly recommend trying it!
Ингредиенты
Dough:
Condensed milk - 380 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Flour - 160 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Vanillin - on the tip of a knife
Cream:
Creamy curd cheese - 300 g
Cream 33-35% - 400 g
Powdered sugar - 70 g
Raspberries - 400 g
Рецепт
1. So, let's get started. Let's turn on the oven, heat it to 180 degrees and start making the dough. Break the eggs into a bowl.
2. Pour a can of condensed milk over them.
3. Add vanillin and beat everything with a mixer.
4. Sift flour and baking powder into a separate bowl.
5. Pour half the flour into the egg-milk mixture and beat at low speed.
6. We will do the same with the second part of the flour; the finished dough for the cakes will be fluid, but like thick sour cream.
7. To bake cakes, I use a pastry split ring, a very convenient thing, you can bake cakes by choosing any diameter. I made this cake with a diameter of 16.5 cm; I made 9 cake layers from this dough. With this diameter, I was able to place 2 cakes on a baking sheet.
8. Place 2 tablespoons of dough inside the ring, then remove the ring. We make the second cake in the same way.
9. Remove the ring and place the baking sheet in the preheated oven to bake the cakes. The dough will not spread.
10. Literally five minutes are enough to bake the cakes. As soon as they acquire a pale golden color, take out the baking sheet and remove the mat with the cakes from it. Let's bake all the other cakes.
11. I used raspberries for the layer between the cakes and for decoration. After baking the cakes, wash the raspberries or other fruits or berries you use.
12. Afterwards, they must be dried on napkins or a paper towel.
13. Now let's make the cream. Place the cream cheese in a bowl.
14. Add powdered sugar and beat.
15. Pour the well-chilled cream into a container and beat until creamy.
16. Transfer the whipped cream into the cream cheese and beat everything together until combined.
17. Now let's start assembling the cake. I didn't use any supports, but just assembled the cake on a wooden stand. To make the cake stand stable, spread a little cream in the center of the board, dish or plate, depending on what you are collecting it on.
18. Place one cake layer on top of the cream and again place a pastry ring around it. This must be done in order to assemble the cake evenly.
19. Coat the cake with cream.
20. Arrange raspberries or other fruits you are using. And so we arrange them across one cake layer, but in general, their number depends only on your taste, some like it less, some like it more.
21. We assemble the cake completely in a ring and put it in the refrigerator in this form so that it settles for several hours. After assembling the cake, there should be some cream left for leveling.
22. Then carefully remove the ring from it.
23. Using a special tool called a palette knife, level the sides of the cake and the top, using the remaining cream. Since the cake was assembled in a ring, very little cream was needed for leveling, especially since I did not want to cover it on top with a huge layer of cream, but simply level it so that the cake layers were slightly visible. This is how the cake turned out in a rustic style or, as it is also called, in a rustic style.
24. Decorate it with raspberries on top, the “Milk Girl” cake with fruit (in this case, raspberries) is ready for a homemade tea party. Here's a piece.
25. As you can see, it’s actually nothing complicated, but the result is a delicate and very tasty dessert!
