Tiramisu is a well-known Italian dessert. Very tasty, very high in calories, tender, creamy - sheer pleasure!
I don’t prepare this dessert myself for the simple reason that if I want it, it’s easier to order it in an Italian restaurant. For some reason, preparing it seems long and tedious to me, even though I mentally understand that this is not so.
But on an Italian website I came across this interpretation of the dessert, where everything is crushed and mixed, and may you be happy!
Well, cognac is a nice bonus here. The finished dessert turns out very fragrant, perfect for a cup of coffee with a friend - just what the doctor ordered! To prepare coffee cake Tiramisu with cognac, we will prepare the products according to the list.
Ингредиенты
Savoyardi - 300 g
Mascarpone - 250 g
Powdered sugar - 60 g
Boiling water - 80 ml
Instant coffee - 1 tbsp.
Cocoa - 2-3 tbsp.
Cognac - 30 ml

1. Combine mascarpone with powdered sugar. Stir until smooth.
2. Add cooled coffee and cognac. Stir.
3. Grind the savoiardi in a blender until fine crumbs and add to the mixture. Stir.
4. The result should be a plastic mass from which you can form something like candy.
5. Pinch off pieces the size of a small nut (smaller or larger, whatever you like!), form into balls and roll each in cocoa. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. You can skip this moment and eat Tiramisu coffee cake with cognac right away.
