I suggest making a very light and tasty soup with chicken wings.

First, let's cook clear chicken broth with vegetables in one water (I didn't change the water when boiling), then add thin vermicelli and almost immediately remove the pan with the finished soup from the stove. The consistency of the soup is not thick, like porridge, but not liquid either - the ingredients are noticeable.

Let's prepare the necessary ingredients for chicken wing soup with noodles. Rinse the chicken wings in running water. Peel the potatoes, carrots and onions and wash them.

Chicken wings - 500 g

Potatoes - 4 pcs. (250 g)

Carrots - 1 pc. (100 g)

Onions - 1 pc. (90 g)

Vermicelli - 100 g

Black peppercorns - 7-8 pcs.

Bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.

Salt - 1 tsp.

Fresh parsley - 1 sprig

Water - 2 l

To submit:

Fresh parsley - to taste

1. Cut the carrots into thin slices.

2. Place chicken wings, carrot slices, whole onion, peppercorns and a sprig of parsley into the pan.

3. Fill everything with water.

4. Place the pan on medium heat and wait for it to boil. Add bay leaves. We will cook for 40 minutes (I cook with the lid open), slightly reducing the intensity of the heat. If necessary, remove the scum with a spoon.

5. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.

6. After 40 minutes of cooking the broth, remove the whole onion and parsley sprig from the pan, add the potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes. Then add the vermicelli, add salt and after 5 minutes remove the pan with the finished soup.

7. Divide the hot chicken wing soup with noodles into serving bowls, add finely chopped parsley to each, and serve. Bon appetit!
