Chicken liver pate in pomegranate jelly

Delicious and elegant chicken pate. This appetizer will decorate any New Year's and Christmas holiday table.
Using this recipe, you can prepare a festive, tasty and aromatic chicken liver pate (you can use any other one), topped with pomegranate jelly. Unlike the traditional butter for pate, pomegranate jelly makes the appetizer more festive and flavorful. I am sure that you and your guests will really enjoy this appetizer served on your festive Christmas or New Year's table.
To prepare pate in pomegranate jelly, we will need: chicken liver (washed and cleared of films), pomegranate juice (I used packaged), instant gelatin, onions, carrots, cream, salt, pepper, honey and balsamic vinegar.

Chicken liver - 500 g
Onion - 2 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Pomegranate juice - 250 ml.
Gelatin - 10 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Cream - 50 ml.
Honey -1 tsp.
Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
Рецепт
1. Chop onions and carrots, you can coarsely.
2. Fry the liver in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Add onions and carrots, fry for another 10-12 minutes.
3. Add salt and pepper, pour in the cream, bring to a boil and cook for a couple more minutes. Then puree the liver with vegetables in a blender.
4. Place the pate into molds and refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Meanwhile, prepare the jelly.
6. Dissolve gelatin in 50 ml of pomegranate juice.
7. Place the remaining 200 ml of juice on the fire and bring to a boil.
8. Add honey.
9. Pour in the balsamic bite.
10. Then add the dissolved gelatin and mix well and cool to room temperature.
11. Pour pomegranate jelly into the molds with the pate and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until the jelly has completely hardened.
12. You can decorate the top with pomegranate seeds.
