For the festive table I offer another delicious salad “Christmas Wreath”.
This salad is laid out in the shape of a ring and decorated with lots of greens. Looking at such a salad, you immediately feel the New Year's atmosphere. For my version of the salad, I used crab sticks, rice, apples, tomatoes and hard cheese, as well as green onions and dill for decoration.
Cut the crab sticks into medium pieces, set aside a couple of pieces for decorating candles.
Ингредиенты
Boiled rice - 1 glass;
Crab sticks - 200 grams;
Apple - 1 piece;
Tomatoes - 2 pcs;
Hard cheese - 50 grams;
Fresh dill - 1 bunch;
Green onions - 1 bunch;
Mayonnaise - to taste;
Salt, pepper - to taste.
Рецепт
1. Also cut tomatoes and apples into cubes, they will add juiciness to the salad. Combine them with crab sticks.
2. Add boiled rice to the salad and stir.
3. Grate the cheese and add it to the salad.
4. Place a half-liter jar or wide glass in the center of the plate. Place the salad in a circle, forming a ring. Press slightly with your palm against the sides of the jar.
5. Grind green onions and a third of the dill. Sprinkle the top of the ring.
6. Place the remaining dill in small sprigs in a circle. Make candles from the set aside crab sticks: cut the stick into 2 parts, use a knife to make a small cut on one side. Cut a “fire” out of a tomato and insert it into the hole. Decorate the top of the salad with peas and tomato slices.
7. “Christmas Wreath” salad is ready.
