For celery lovers, I offer an excellent recipe for a tasty and aromatic creamy soup.
This rich, creamy and smooth soup is sure to win your heart. The subtle aroma of celery goes well with butter and cheese. Making this soup is not at all difficult, be sure to try it!
Ингредиенты
Celery - 3-4 stalks
Potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Butter - 30 g
Cheese - 50 g
Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
Salt, spices - to taste

1. To prepare puree soup from stalk celery with cheese, take the products according to the list. For spices, I took dried chili peppers and paprika. I indicated the quantity of products for a 1.5-liter saucepan.
2. You can sauté vegetables in both vegetable oil and butter, decide for yourself. I took butter and melted it in a thick-bottomed saucepan in which I will cook the puree soup. Cut the onions and carrots into cubes and place in a saucepan. Let's add spices.
3. Cook the vegetables until half cooked, stirring.
4. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes or plastics, and add them to the vegetables.
5. Stir and leave on fire for another 5 minutes. Then pour in boiling water (500-1200 ml, focus on the desired consistency), close the lid and bring to a boil. In the meantime, cut the celery stalks crosswise.
6. When the soup boils, add celery to it. Cook the soup over medium heat for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Let's not forget to add salt.
7. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
8. When the potatoes are cooked, the soup is almost ready.
9. Puree the soup with a blender until smooth. Then add grated cheese and sour cream and heat the soup over low heat until the cheese melts.
10. Our wonderful celery stalk soup is ready. Serve it with your favorite herbs and season with pepper. You and your family will surely enjoy this aromatic, tender, rich puree soup.
